摘要
发射装置中底座的设计除需要满足承载要求外,还需满足挂弹间隙尺寸和局部耐磨损的要求。针对某型发射装置的底座在轻量化设计中遇到的问题,结合有限元分析对底座进行结构优化设计并确定最终方案。通过装配和弹射试验,证明了该底座结构优化设计方案的可行性。
In addition to the loading requirements,the design of launcher pedestal needs to meet the requirements of clearance size and local wear resistance. Aiming at the problems encountered in light-weight design of launcher pedestal,combined with the finite element analysis,the structural optimization design of the pedestal is carried out and the final scheme is determined. The feasibility of the structural optimiztion design is proved by assembly and ejection tests.
