摘要
综述了抗高血压药物替米沙坦化学合成方法的研究进展。对近年来国内外有关文献资料进行分析评述,对不同原料、不同中间体的合成方法进行对比分析,文献合成方法各有所长,但先进,可靠,成本低,收率高的方法尚需进一步研究。
The research progress in chemical synthesis of anti hypertensive drug telmisartan was introduced. Relevant literatures in recent years at home and abroad were analyzed, and synthesis methods with different materials and intermediates were compared, The results show that these synthesis methods in the literatures have their own strengths, but it is still very necessary to develop advanced and reliable synthesis method with low cost and high yield.
