摘要
目的探讨妊娠高血压症患者纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体及细胞基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)与视网膜中央动脉(CRA)血流动力学参数(PSV、EDV、RI)之间的相关性。方法分析2015年1月至2016年5月在我院接受治疗的46例妊娠期高血压患者的临床资料,并列为观察组,51例健康孕妇作为对照组。结果观察组患者CRA血流动力学PSV、EDV明显低于对照组,观察组CRA中RI指数明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着观察组患者病情的加重,RI呈现逐渐升高的趋势,PSV、EDV则降低(P<0.05);观察组患者FIB、D-二聚体及MMP-9水平明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者FIB、D-二聚体、MMP-9与CRA RI指数呈现正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 CRA血流动力学指标及FIB、D-二聚体、MMP-9检测可作为妊娠高血压症早期诊断指标,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the correlation of serum FIB,D-dimer and MMP-9 to retinal central artery( CRA) hemodynamic parameters in pregnancy induced hypertension patients. Methods We analyzed clinical data of 46pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome patients who were treated in our hospital between January 2015 and May 2016,and of 51 healthy pregnant women. Results PSV and EDV of the CRA in pregnancy-induced hypertension patients were significantly lower than those in control group,and RI was significantly higher than in control group. These differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). With the progression of the disease,RI gradually increased while EDV and PSV decreased( P〈0. 05). The levels of FIB,D-dimer and MMP-9 were significantly higher in patients( P〈0. 05),and these biomarkers showed a positive correlation with RI( P〈0. 05). Conclusions Hemodynamic parameters of the CRA were correlated to serum FIB,D-dimer and MMP-9. CRA hemodynamic parameters can be used as early diagnostic indicators of pregnancy-induced hypertension.
