油库静电的成因及预防措施

摘要 介绍了油库油品静电的产生机理、分类、积聚与放电的条件及影响,分析了预防油库静电的重要性和清除静电放电条件中任一项的预防思路,从油库工艺和管理控制两方面说明了预防措施:控制装备流速、改进装油方式、做好静电接地与跨接、油罐内壁使用导静电涂料、在管道口安装静电消除器;避免不同物品相混、加强通风、做好油品静置、增加空气湿度、在油品中添加微量抗静电剂以及做好人体防静电等,尽量将静电危害降到最低。 The definition of static electricity,the generation mechanism,classification of static electricity on oil product, the accumulation and discharge of static electricity, and the conditions of explosion caused by electrostatic discharge in oil depot,are introduced. The process control measures,such as controlling flow rate,improving oil product loading mode,electrostatic grounding and cross connection,using electrostatic conduction coating for inner wall of oil tank,and using electrostatic eliminator,and the management measures,such as avoiding mixing of different materials,strengthening ventilation,improving oil static setting,increasing air humidity,adding antistatic agent,and implementing electrostatic protection of human body,are put forward,providing a reference for the safe operation of oil depot.
