摘要
21世纪高楼林立,各种摩天大楼横空出世,但高度与建造难度是成正比的,越高、越复杂、越奇形怪状的超高建筑,施工难度越大,这就会使施工工地的安全变得不可控。那怎么可以最大限度地消除建筑施工中安全隐患呢?BIM技术为众多工程管理人员提供了多样化选择,因为它具有模拟化、预测化、动态化、可监控化等优点,可以极大地减少危险发生的概率。本文论述了BIM技术在施工现场的多维度空间规划、安全指导透明化、现场危险区的预防和隔离、虚拟演示和仿真现场、云端安全检查和风险定位和预防等方面的应用,既可以减少施工时事故出现概率,又提高了管理人员的工作效率。
Skyscrapers in the 21st century, all kinds of skyscrapers, but is in direct proportion to the height and construction difficulty,the higher, more complex and more grotesque supertall buildings, the construction difficulty, it can make the construction site safety is becoming uncontrollable. That how can maximally eliminate potential safety hazard in construction? BIM technology provides numerous engineering managers with diversified choice, because it has MoNiHua, prediction, dynamic, and the advantages of can JianKongHua, can greatly reduce the incidence of the danger. This paper discusses the BIM technology in the construction site of multidi- mensional space planning, the transparency of the safety instruction, the scene of danger prevention and isolation, virtual demonstration and simulation scene, the cloud security check and the application of positioning and risk prevention, etc, can reduce construction accidents oc- currence probability, and improve the efficiency of the management.
