摘要
目的:了解涪陵区农村中小学校环境卫生现状,为改善农村中小学校环境卫生措施提供依据。方法:采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法。在涪陵区18个乡镇中,随机抽取15个乡镇、30所中小学、175间教室进行学校基本情况、供水情况、厕所卫生、卫生保健与传染病管理、教室环境卫生等调查。结果:学校生活用水93.33%由所在村镇水厂供水,学生饮用水主要是桶装水或净水器水占50%,厕所蹲位合格率为70%,教室人均面积总合格率为34.29%,教室前排课桌前缘与前黑板距离合格率为5.14%,教室后排课桌后缘距前黑板距离合格率小学为92.57%;黑板下缘与讲台地面垂直距离合格率小学为61.14%;教室窗地面积合格率为93.71%,灯管与黑板的位置合格率为58.29%,配有卫生专业技术人员的学校为38.89%。结论:涪陵区农村中小学校环境卫生现状较好,校内供水情况良好,教室窗户实际透光面积、灯具距课桌面的最低悬挂高度合格率较高,部分学校厕所女生蹲位不足,部分学校教室拥挤,学校卫生专业技术人员比较缺乏。
Objective To understand the hygienic conditions of rural primary and middle school in Fuling and to provide a basis for Health Administrative Department taking control measures. Methods A multistage cluster random sampling method was used to select 15 towns in Fuling district. The basic situation, water supply, toilet sanitation, health care and management of infectious diseases, and the classroom environmental hygiene of 30 schools and 175 classrooms were surveyed. Results Life water of 93.33% schools was supplied by local village water works; drinking water of 50% schools was bottled water or handled by water purifier; the qualified rate of squatting position in toilet was 70% ; the total qualified rate of the classroom area per capita was 34.29% ; the qualified rate of reasonable distance between the front desk leading edge and the front blackboard was 5.14% , while that having a qualified distance between the back desk trailing edge and the back blackboard was 92.57% ; 61.14% of these primary schools had qualified vertical distance between the blackboard lower edge and the ground; the qualified rate of the floor area of the classroom window was 93.71% ; the passing rate of the reasonable position of the tube and the blackboard was 58.29% , and only 38. 89% of these schools were assigned with professional technical personnel. Conclusion Rural primary and middle schools in Fuling district had better hygiene status and campus water supply, had higher qualified rate of the actual light transmission area of the classroom window and the minimum hanging height of the lights from the classroom table top, but should increase the number of toilet squatting position, the area or number of classrooms, and professional technical personnel.
