摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定生活饮用水中7种常见金属元素的分析方法,了解武汉市水质状况。方法样品经过膜过滤、酸化(2%HNO3)处理后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(inductively coupled plasma source mass spectrometer,ICP-MS)进行分析,选择混合内标校正非质谱干扰。结果该方法线性良好,相关系数r2均大于0.9998。方法检出限0.0006~0.015μg/L,定量限0.0020~0.050μg/L。各元素加标回收率在84.3%~104.5%之间,测定结果相对标准偏差RSD在0.72%~6.89%之间。实验室比对分析结果令人满意。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,能适用于水中多种金属元素的测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of 7 metal elements in drinking water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and monitor the status of water quality in Wuhan.Methods Water samples were detected by ICP-MS after filtration and acidification(2% HNO3).The mass spectrum interference was eliminated by the internal standards.Results The method showed good linearities and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9998.The detection limits were obtained between 0.0006~0.015 μg/L,and the limits of quantification were between 0.0020~0.050 μg/L.The recovery rates were between 84.3%~104.5%,with the relative standard deviations(RSD) between 0.72%~6.89%.The results of laboratory comparison were satisfactory.Conclusion The established method is simple,rapid,and accurate,which is applicable to the determination of metal elements in water.
