六味地黄汤调节机体免疫功能的作用分析 被引量:21

摘要 六味地黄汤由熟地、山茱萸、山药、泽泻、丹皮、茯苓组成。药理研究通过免疫活性成分导向分离,对六味地黄汤及其所含药物调节机体免疫功能的活性成分进行研究,证实六味地黄汤组成药物均能调节机体免疫功能,复方中含有增强机体免疫功能的多种活性物质,这些活性成分对改善机体免疫功能均具有一定的协同作用。将这些基础研究的成果应用于临床,不仅可以扩大六味地黄汤的临床主治范围,更能发挥其对机体免疫调节作用的优势。 Liuwei Dihuang decoction is composed of prepared rhizome of rehmannia,comus officinalis, dioscorea opposite, rhizome alismatis, cortex moutan and poria cocos. The pharmacological research analyzes the active components of Liuwei Dihuang decoction on the drug - contained regulation of body immune functions through the oriented separation of the immune active components. It had been proved that the components of Liuwei Dihuang decoction act on body immune regulation. Many active substances for strengthening body immune functions are contained in the compound formula, acting on the collaborative effects. These basic study achievements not only widen the clinical indications of Liuwei Dihuang decoction, but also bring its ad- vantages in the immune regulation into play.
