摘要
以某CPC30型叉车变速箱为研究对象,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立模型,将其导入ADAMS中并对其前进1挡工况进行动力学仿真分析,得到发动机最大工况下齿轮啮合力的时域图和频域图。通过对比分析,仿真值与理论值基本吻合,验证动力学模型的正确性。利用STEP函数来模拟发动机对叉车变速箱的驱动,采用不同的加载时间,得到各自加载方式下的动态载荷。研究的结果对叉车变速箱传动系统的校核、优化、振动特性以及平稳性等具有一定的指导意义。
Taking a CPC30 type forklift gearbox as the research object, first of all, the model is estab- fished by using the three dimensional modeling software SolidWorks. The dynamics simulation analysis under the condition of forward gearbox first gear is carried out in the ADAMS, the time domain and frequency domain diagrams of gear meshing force under the largest working condition of the engine are obtained. Through comparative analysis, the simulation values agreed with the theoretical value, the correctness of the dynamic model is verified. By using STEP function to simulate the engine for forklift gearbox drive, and using different loading times, the dynamic load of the engine under each loaded mode is got. The results of the research have certain guiding significance for the checking and optimization, vibration characteristics and stability of the forklift gearbox transmission system.
