摘要
目的:探究优甲乐结合温阳益气活血法及中医辅助治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床价值。方法:选取医院2013年5月—2016年5月收治的182例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(91例)和对照组(91例),对照组所有患者均予以优甲乐治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上采取温阳益气活血法及中医辅助治疗,对比两组疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及患者血液流变学指标、治疗后两组患者甲状腺激素水平、血脂测定情况及血清甲状腺相关抗体情况、不良反应及治疗满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率高达100.00%,显著高于对照组92.31%,P<0.05;两组治疗前中医证候积分相当,P>0.05;治疗后观察组积分为(6.32±3.26)分,显著优于对照组积分(9.56±4.26)分,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后甲状腺激素水平、血脂测定情况及血清甲状腺相关抗体情况均优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗后两组患者全血黏度与血浆黏度均降低,P<0.05,两组患者全血黏度与血浆黏度无差异,P>0.05;两组观察组总不良反应率为1.10%,与对照组相当2.20%,P>0.05,治疗满意率为98.90%,显著高于对对照组90.11%,P<0.05。结论:优甲乐结合温阳益气活血法及中医辅助治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症具有极高临床价值,治疗效果佳,患者甲状腺功能恢复好,不良反应少,安全性高,患者高度认可,可于临床广泛应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of Euthyrox combined with Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for primary hypothyroidism. Methods： From May 2013 to May 2016,182 cases of patients with primary hypothyroidism were as the research objects. According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group（ 91 cases） and control group（ 91 cases）. All of the patients were given Euthyrox. The observation group on the basis used Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Compare two groups ＇ curative effect,TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment and patients＇ blood rheology indexes,thyroid hormone levels after treatment. Determine blood lipid and serum thyroid related antibodies,adverse reactions and treatment satisfaction. Results： The total effective rate of observation group patients was as much as 100. 00%,significantly higher than the control group＇s 92. 31%,P〈0. 05. The two groups＇ TCM syndrome integral before treatment was not significant,P〉0. 05. The observation group＇s TCM syndrome integral after treatment was（ 6. 32 ± 3. 26） points,significantly better than the control group＇s（ 9. 56 ± 4. 26） points,P〈0. 05. The observation group＇s thyroid hormone level,blood lipid and serum thyroid related antibody after treatment were superior to those of the control group,P〈0. 05. The observation group＇s total adverse reaction rate was 1. 10% and the control group＇s was 2. 20%,P〉0. 05. The observation group＇s treatment satisfaction rate was 98. 90%,significantly higher than the control group＇s 90. 11%,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Euthyrox combined with Wenyang Yiqi Huoxue therapy of primary hypothyroidism has high clinical value and good treatment effect. The thyroid function in patients recoveries well. It has less adverse reaction,high security and high recognition patients and can be widely applied in clinic.
