摘要
近些年来大部分炼油厂都采用MTBE装置通过萃取法对剩余的甲醇进行回收。但是MTBE装置自从投入使用以来,一直存在甲醇回收系统的腐蚀问题。由于填料塔塔盘表面存在许多锈蚀物,萃取效果大大下降,检修期间对填料塔的清扫频率也逐渐增加。
In recent years,most of the refineries have used the MTBE device to recycle the remaining methanol by extraction.However,since the MTBE device has been put into use,there has been a problem of corrosion of the methanol recovery system.Due to the presence of many corrosive surfaces on the surface of the packed tower,the extraction efficiency is greatly reduced,and even the cleaning frequency of the packed column is gradually increased during the maintenance.
