摘要
榄香烯被广泛用于临床,作为广谱抗肿瘤药物。榄香烯主要通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及抑制肿瘤组织内血管新生发挥直接的抗肿瘤效应;同时,榄香烯还可以调节患者免疫功能及增强肿瘤自身的免疫原性;榄香烯还能够通过增加耐药肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性增加化疗的疗效。通过对国内外近些年对β-榄香烯抗肿瘤机制的研究进行综述,为相关研究提供依据。
Elemene is widely used in clinic as a broad-spectrum anticancer drug.Elemene exerts anti-tumor effect by inducing apoptosis of tumor cells,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,and disturbing angiogenesis in tumor tissue. Moreover,elemene can also regulate immune function and enhance the immunogenicity of the tumor itself; elemene can also increase chemosensitivity of drug-resistant cancer cells thus increasing the efficacy of chemotherapy.The purpose of this paper is to review progress of the recent research in elemene antitumor mechanism.
