眼压与脑血管病的临床关系

摘要 眼压作为临床治疗眼部疾病、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病及高血压的重要监测指标,其测量值备受人们的关注。眼压的高低受眼部血流、血压、颅内压的影响,而颅内压的高低、眼动脉及颈内动脉的异常改变与脑血管的发生密切相关。脑血管病变时,血管局部痉挛或功能障碍,眼部血流及眼部房水异常,颅内压增高现象,均可导致眼压升高。本文研究探讨眼压与脑血管病发生的相关性。
