摘要
随着公立医院改革的深入推进,医院既要充分调动医务人员的积极性又要进一步体现公益性。本文介绍了资源为基础的相对价值比率(resource-based relative value scale,RBRVS)方法在医技科室绩效核算中的运用,将医院医技科室的医疗行为进行标化,体现了医务人员的劳动强度、风险、技术难度和诊疗价值,从根本上切断了与收入挂钩的分配模式,医务人员劳务与收支脱钩,充分体现其劳务价值而非经济效益。
With the deepening of the reform of public medical staff and further reflect the public welfare. The medical behavior standardization of hospital medical technology departments reflects the medical staffs labor intensity, risk, technical difficulty and the value of diagnosis and treatment. It fundamentally cut off distribution pattern that is related to the income, which fully reflects the value of labor rather than economic benefits.
