大采高工作面区段煤柱宽度量化研究 被引量:7

摘要 合理的区段煤柱宽度对于提高煤炭采出率、提升采煤作业的安全性具有重要作用。以杨家村煤矿22205工作面为工程背景,采用理论计算、现场监测和FLAC3D数值模拟等多种方法对9、12、15和21m不同宽度区段煤柱进行计算分析。结果表明:当煤柱宽度为9和12m时,煤柱大部分进入剪切破坏,塑性区范围较大,不能达到维持煤柱稳定的要求;当煤柱宽度为15和21m时,顶板塑性区范围减小,煤柱承载能力增强,此时的煤柱宽度能满足稳定性要求。综合考虑煤炭资源回收、巷道围岩稳定性,确定工作面的区段煤柱宽度为15m。 Rational width of section coal pillar has important effects on improving the coal recovery rate and safety of coal mining operation. Based on the engineering background of working face 22205 in Yangjiacun coal mine,the paper calculated and analyzed the section coal pillar of the width of 9,12,15 and 21 m by using theoretical calculation,software of FLAC 3D and stress monitoring. The results show that when the width of segment pillar is 9 or 12 m,the coal pillar,most of which has shear failure and large scope of plastic zone,cannot meet the requirements for pillar stability. However, when the width of segment pillar is 15 or 21 m, the coal pillar, with stronger bearing capacity and smaller roof plastic zone, can meet the requirements for stability. Therefore, with a comprehensive consideration of various elements such as resources recovery and surrounding rock stability of roadway, the rational width of section coal pillar is determined as 15 m.
