摘要
目的:观察舒适护理在改善腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者治疗认知度与效能感中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年4月~2016年4月于本院进行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的82例患者为研究对象,将其随机等分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(舒适护理),将两组患者护理前后的治疗认知度及治疗效能感分别进行评估与比较。结果:观察组患者护理后不同时间点的治疗认知度与治疗效能感均优于对照组(均P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:舒适护理在改善腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者治疗认知度中的应用效果较好,对于患者治疗信心的树立发挥着积极的临床作用。
Objective ： To observe the application effect of comfortable nursing in improving the treatment cognition and sense of efficacy of patients receiving laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods：Selected 82 patients receiving laparoscopic myomectomy treatment in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2016 as the research objects, and they were equally divided into control group （ conventional nursing） and observation group （ comfortable nursing） at random, and pa- tients in the two groups were evaluated and compared in treatment cognition and treatment sense of efficacy before and after nursing. Results ： The treatment cognition and sense of efficacy of patients in the different time after nursing were superior to those of patients in the control group （ all P 〈 0.05 ） , and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion ： Comfortable nursing had a good application effect in improving the treatment cognition of patients receiving laparoscopic myomectomy and had an active clinical effect to build the patients＇ treatment confidence.
