摘要
目的:研究并总结安徽省城镇居民医保并入新型农村合作医疗制度统一管理后两医疗保险管理信息系统整合的技术路线,为全面启动城乡居民医保制度整合后的系统合并提供参考。方法:通过现场调研和对比研究方法总结安徽省城镇居民医保信息系统和新型农村合作医疗管理信息系统整合的技术路线。结果:安徽省采用以已有新型农村合作医疗管理信息系统为基础合并城镇居民医保信息系统的做法。结论:该做法符合安徽实际情况,整合后的系统在实现城镇居民即时结报、方便患者就医、节约整合成本等方面取得显著的成效,值得推广。
Objective： To study and summarize the integration technical route of two medical insurance management information systems after basic medical insurance for urban residents was incorporated into new rural cooperative medical system in Anhui, pro- vide references for system incorporates after the integration of the basic medical insurance system was fully activated. Methods： Field survey and comparative study were implemented for summarizing the integration technical route of the new rural cooperative medical system information system and urban residents basic medical insurance information system. Results： Merging Urban Residents Basic Medical Insurance information system based on New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme information system was the approacb adopted by Anhui. Conclusion： The apprnach was consistent with the actual situation of Anhui. The integrated system has made remarkable achievements in real-time reimbursement, facilitating the patients and saving integration cost, which was worthy of promotion.
