摘要
转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)是最强的肝纤维化促进剂。它既能抑制肝细胞、内皮细胞、上皮细胞的增殖,促进细胞外基质(ECM)的合成,又可以诱导肝细胞的凋亡,促进肝星状细胞(HSC)活化。了解TGF-β1致肝纤维化的作用机制,对肝纤维化的诊断和治疗有重要意义。
Transforming growth factor -β1 ( TGF -β1 ) is the strongest hepatic fibrosis promoter. It can inhibit the proliferation of hepatic cells, endothelial cells and epithelial cells, promote the synthesis of extracellular matrix (ECM), induce the apoptosis of hepatic cells, and promote the activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC). Knowing the mechanism how TGF - 131 causes hepatic fibrosis has significance in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic fibrosis.
