摘要
为了研究刮板输送机复杂工况下链条的力学特性,实现了刮板输送机运行过程中链条随机张力谱的在线监测,采用无线信号收发模块采集并存储检测数据,待试验结束后将数据统一导出并分析。试验结果表明:同一圆环链的两条直边张力出现明显不均等现象;采煤机截煤时,随落煤量增加靠近采煤侧一端链条张力明显大于采空侧链条张力。图像表明链条每经过一次链轮都会产生一次张力阶跃突变,时间间隔为空载运行周期的一半51 s,刮板输送机空载时下端运动阻力为16 k N,链条最大张力值为896 k N。研究结果为链条的设计和优化提供了理论依据。
In order to study the mechanical properties of scraper conveyor chain under complicated conditions, the scraper conveyor chain tension changes during the operation of on-line monitoring was realized, The wireless transceiver module and storage testing data signal, export to stay after the test data and analysis were carried out. The results of the study provides theory basis for design and optimization of the chain.
