摘要
目的:观察采用骶3神经根电针刺激方法治疗儿童神经源性膀胱过度活动症的临床疗效。方法:采用电针刺激骶3神经根治疗儿童神经源性膀胱过度活动症21例,并分别记录治疗前及治疗后1个月患儿生活质量评分(QOL)、膀胱过度活动症症状评分表(OABSS)、连续3d的排尿日志及尿动力学参数变化情况。结果:治疗1个月后患儿QOL、OABSS、日间排尿次数、平均单次排尿量、夜尿次数、尿急次数、膀胱残余尿及最大膀胱压容量(MCBC)、最大尿流(QMAX)及膀胱顺应性均有所改善,与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),功能性膀胱容量改善不明显(P>0.05)。结论:对于膀胱训练及传统药物治疗效果不佳的神经源性膀胱过度活动症患儿,骶3神经根电针刺激能够安全有效地改善其排尿功能,并显著提高患儿的生活质量。
[Objeetive] To observe the clinical effect of using sacral 3 nerve root electroacupuncture stimulation method to treat children＇s overactive bladder. [Method] Twenty - one children with bladder hyperactivity were treated with electroacupunc- ture, and the quality of life score （QOL）, OABSS （OABSS）, and continuous urinary diapers and urodynamic parameters of the changes were recorded before and 1 month after treatment. [Result] The number of QOL, OABSS, urinary incontinence, mean single urination, nocuria, number of urgency, bladder residual urine, maximum bladder pressure （MCBC） and maximal uroflow （QMAX） have been improved（ P 〈 0.05）. The improvement of functional bladder capacity was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05） . [ Conclusion] For children with neurogenic overactive bladder who have poorly trained bladder and traditional medica- tions, sacral 3 nerve root stimulation can safely and effectively improve urinary dysfunction and significantly improve the quality of life of them.
