再生粗骨料预湿用水量对再生保温混凝土抗压强度的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 对再生保温混凝土(RATIC)用再生粗骨料(RCA)的吸水规律进行了试验分析,提出适用RATIC的一种用水量计算方法。通过改变再生粗骨料的取代率和预湿用水量,研究不同取代率下不同预湿用水量的再生粗骨料对再生保温混凝土抗压强度的影响。研究结果表明:再生保温混凝土再生粗骨料取代率为30%、50%时,抗压强度随着再生粗骨料预湿用水量的增加而降低;当再生粗骨料取代率为70%、100%时,抗压强度随着再生粗骨料预湿用水量的增加而提高。研究表明这种再生保温混凝土用水量计算方法可用于再生保温混凝土配合比设计。 The water absorption law of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA)for recycled thermal insulation concrete(RATIC)was analyzed,and a calculation method of water consumption for RATIC was proposed.The effect of recycled coarse aggregate on the compressive strength of recycled concrete was studied by changing the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate and the amount of water used for pre-wetting.The results show that the compressive strength decreases with the increase of pre-wetting volume of recycled coarse aggregate when the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 30% and 50%.When the substitution rate is 70% and 100%.The compressive strength increases with the amount of water used for the pre-wetting of the recycled coarse aggregate.The results show that this method can be used in the design of recycled thermal insulation concrete mix ratio.
