摘要
针对弹射式侵彻数据回收装置在弹底开孔后,其弹射通道的间隙需要密封的要求。设计了8种间隙密封结构,计算了最大膛压时及整个内弹道时期的火药气体状态参数,并应用FLUENT软件对这些密封结构间隙通道中火药气体的压强变化情况进行了仿真分析,从而对比其密封性能,确定最佳密封结构,根据仿真结果选取3种典型结构进行了试验验证;结果表明,在这些弹底火药密封结构中,密封檐、迷宫和凹槽形状等结构因素对火药气体的密封作用不同,其中檐式直角矩形凹槽型密封结构的密封效果最好,增加密封圈后密封效果更佳。研究结果可以为高温高压火药气体密封相关研究提供参考。
The clearance of ejection c h a n n e l n e e d s to b e sealed w h e n the projection base w a s b ored a hole to eject the recovery device of penetration d a t a, so eight kinds of clearance seal structures w e r e d e s i g n e d. T h e state parameters of gunpowder gas were calculated in the course of maximum c h a m b e r pressure a n d the w h o l e interior ballistics for simulation. The pressure change of gunpowder gas in the clearance of these seal structures w a s simulated a n d analyzed b y F L U E N T software, and the analysis results w e r e applied to c o m p a r e a n d d etermine the o p t i m u m seal structure with the best seal performance. Three typical structures w e r e selected b a s e d o n the simulation results, a n d w e r e applied to verify the seal performance. The results show that in these seal structures of g u n p o w d e r gas at projection b a s e, the factors of seal e a v e s,labyrinth and groove play different roles in clearance seal for g u n p o w d e r g a s, a n d the seal effect of rectangular groove structure with seal eaves is the best in those seal structures, a n d the seal p e r f o r m a n c e is better b y setting a seal ring.
