摘要
承德电网并网风电厂低压汇集线系统大部分采用小电阻接地,主要有2种接线方式:1是采用Y/△接线变压器,通过母线接地变压器引出小电阻接地;2是采用Y/Y加平衡绕组接线变压器,主变压器低压侧中性点引出加小电阻接地。本文对几起采用小电阻接地方式的风电场零序保护不正常动作案例进行分析,找出零序保护不正常动作的原因,并提出处理措施,有助于提高电网调度人员的调控运行能力。
Most low voltage collection line systems of wind farm in Chengde power grid adopt the small resistance grounding forms. There are mainly two kinds of connection modes: one is the use of Y/A connection transformer, with the bus grounding transformer leading to small resistance grounding; the other is the use of Y/Y connection transformer plus balance winding transformer, with the main transformer low-voltage side neutral point leading to the small resistance grounding. The paper analysed several abnormal operations of zero sequence protection in wind farms with small resistance grounding, and found out the causes for the abnormal operation, then put forward some measures to improve the regulation and operation ability of power grid dispatching personnel.
