紫金山金铜矿水泥全尾砂充填体在围压作用下的强度研究

Strength Study of Cement-tailings Filling Body Under Confining Pressure in Zijinshan Gold Copper Mine

摘要 结合某矿山实际需求,对充填体强度进行试验研究,探究灰砂比,浓度,以及外界条件围压对充填体强度的影响试验结果表明,充填体强度随着灰砂比和浓度的增大而增大,特别是在施加围压后,充填体强度显著提高,灰砂比1∶8时1 MPa围压下的三轴抗压强度是单轴抗压强度的1.95倍。实验结果对矿山充填工作参数的选择具有指导意义。 Combined with the actual needs of a mine, the experimental study was conducted to explore the influences of cement- sand ratio, concentration and confining pressure on the strength of filling body. The experimental results showed that the strength of filling body increased with the increase of cement-sand ratio and concentration. Especially after adding the confining pressure, the strength of filling body improved significantly. When the cement-sand ratio was 1 : 8 and the confining pressure was 1 MPa, the triaxial compressive strength was 1.95 times of the uniaxial compressive strength. The experimental results had a guiding significance for selecting the filling parameters.
