摘要
新建杭州东站扩建工程基坑中部有2条铁路线横穿,将基坑分为2个区块,必须对既有铁路线进行专项防护后才能进行两侧基坑开挖施工,围护方案采用了SMW工法桩加预应力锚索进行围护,因此预应力锚索的施工质量成为该基坑围护成败的关键。根据杭州东站地区的地质水文情况及施工周边条件,论述了该工程在临近铁路线旁基坑围护体系中预应力锚索施工工艺试验的相关过程和试验成果。
Two railway lines divide the foundation into two districts by crossing the middle foundation in Hangzhou East Railway Station, so the existing railway lines must be protective specially and then the two sides of foundation are excavated. The support nad protective scheme use SMW method piles with prestressed anchorage. The construction quality of prestressed anchorage will be the key problems for the foundation support successfully. According to geological and hydrological condition and other surrounding conditions for construction in the district of Hangzhou East Railway Station, this paper discussed related process and experimental achievement of the construction technology of pre-stressed anchorage which was applied in supporting and protecting foundation excavation next to the exiting line.
