离子色谱法测定纤维素水解产物中5种酸的含量 被引量:1

摘要 采用离子色谱法测定纤维素水解产物中乙酰丙酸、甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、硫酸等5种酸的含量。纤维素水解产物样品稀释后,以氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,抑制型电导检测器测定。5种酸在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.001~0.008mg·L^(-1)之间。方法用于纤维素水解产物样品的分析,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在0.45%~4.8%之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在91.0%~109%之间。 IC was applied to the determination of 5 acids, i. e. levulinic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, propanoic acid and H2 SO4 in hydrolysis products of cellulose. The sample of hydrolysis products of cellulose was diluted. Potassium hydroxide solution was used as eluant, and restraining conductance detector was used in determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 5 acids were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) found were ranged from 0. 001 to 0. 008 mg·L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the sample of hydrolysis products of cellulose, giving values of RSD's (n= 5) in the range of 0. 45%-4. 8%. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 91.0%-109%.
