摘要
利用NaOH-Fenton试剂对巨龙竹预处理后进行正交试验。结果表明,1g竹粉底物,用稀碱预处理之后加入质量分数为30%的H_2O_2溶液4mL,浓度为6mmol·L^(-1) Fe^(2+),反应时间24h,获得72h酶水解得率为54.96%。巨龙竹原料经NaOH-Fenton试剂预处理后,纤维素相对含量增加,半纤维素和木质素相对含量降低,72h酶水解得率大幅提高。利用红外光谱和热重分析对原料、NaOH预处理、NaOH-Fenton试剂预处理的巨龙竹的化学性质及热稳定性进行分析结果表明,NaOH-Fenton试剂预处理破坏了木质纤维原料的结构、改变化学性质,物料经预处理后热稳定性越来越高。
The effects of alkaline-Fenton pretreatment on the physicochemical properties of Dendrocalamus sinicus were examined by an orthogonal experiment. One gram of D. sinicus powder was pretreated by alka- line,and 4 mL of 30% H2O2 and 6 mmol . L-1 Fe2+ were added to conduct the reaction for 24 h. After 72 h enzymic hydrolysis,the product yield was 54.96%. Compared to raw material, the pretreated sample had higher cellulose content and lower hemicellulose and lignin contents. Thermogravimetric and chemical anal- ysis on different materials indicated that NaOH-Fenton pretreatment disrupted the structure of the sub- strates,changed the chemical properties and improved the thermal stability,
