摘要
在甘肃省对煤化工产业发展的总体思路出台之后,为加强兰白经济区煤化工的建设发展,本文着重分析了靖远地区建设煤化工基地的优势、技术利用、资源配置以及生态环境等方面的相关问题,提出了在靖远地区发展现代煤化工,应以煤制天然气及煤制烯烃的项目为宜。同时,根据成本核算,为了提高效率和降低成本,建议在靖远地区建设大型化的煤制气(天然气)项目及后续的煤制烯烃项目。
After the introduction of the general idea of the development of coal chemical industry in Gansu province,to strengthen the development of coal chemical industry in Lan- Bai economic zone, the analysis of advantages ofconstruction in Jingyuan coal chemical industry base, the technology utilization, the allocation of resources and theecological environment problems were focused on. Jingyuan area should construct coal to olefins project. At the sametime, according to the cost accounting, it was suggested to build large-scale coal gas （natural gas） project and the coal toolefins project in Jingyuan area, in order to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
