摘要
采用双馈感应风电机组的虚拟惯量控制改善电网频率响应特性,提出了一种综合最大功率捕获(MPPT)控制和比例控制器的系统虚拟惯量控制策略,并对风机的系统惯量支撑能力进行了定性和定量描述。利用电力系统仿真软件DIgSILENT/PowerFactory搭建系统仿真平台,验证了在系统受扰情况下,所提出的虚拟惯量控制器可以有效提高系统的频率稳定性。
The virtual inertia control of doubly fed induction generator is an effective way to improve the frequency response characteristics of power grid.In view of this, this paper analyzes the possibility of providing transient virtual inertial support for the power system by using variable speed wind turbines, and proposes a virtual inertia control strategy based on MPPT and proportional controllers, also the level of system inertia supporting capacity of wind turbine is qualitatively and quantitatively described.By means of power system simulation software DIgSILENT/PowerFactory, the system simulation platform is established, and it is proved that the proposed virtual inertia controller provides significance improvement for system frequency stability under the condition of system disturbance.
