摘要
通过评估医院现有急诊多发伤绿色通道救治流程的各个环节,发现其中存在问题,如急诊管理与服务流程不够优化;急诊科预检分诊工作不完善导致患者滞留时间过长;信息系统对数据采集支持不足等。针对问题,应用管理工具,建立多发伤救治理念、完善各项管理制度、优化多发伤救治及服务流程,提高预检分诊的准确性和救治的工作效率。在此基础上,依托信息系统建设进行流程改造,完善急诊电子病历,完成对患者医疗信息的采集,逐步建立院前急救、院内抢救、手术治疗、重症监护、临床路径、患者随访等一体化的信息支持系统。同时医政部门梳理管理要求,加强对急诊绿色通道的管理和监督,最终提高医院急诊多发伤整体救治质量和效果。
By evaluating the links in the current treatment process of green channel for emergency multiple trauma patients in the hospital, found the problems existed, such as inadequate emergency management and service process optimization; emergency department preview triage work not perfect lead to patient retention time was too long and insufficient information system support for data acquisition and so on. Aimed at these problems, we could optimize the treatment and service process of multiple trauma patients through apply management tools, set up idea of multiple trauma treatment and improve various management systems, improve the preview accuracy of the triage and treatment efficiency. On the basis of this, relying on the information system construction process innovation, to perfect the emergency electronic medical records , complete collection of patient medical information, gradually establish "pre-hospital emergency, in the rescue, surgical treatment, intensive care, clinical pathway, patients with follow-up" such as the integration of information support system. At the same time, the departments of medical administration should summarize management requirements, strengthen the management and supervision of emergency green channel, and ultimately improve the quality of hospital emergency multiple trauma overall treatment and effects.
