摘要
为最大限度提高拆撑速度,同时尽量减小对钢架的损坏,保证初支稳定,以青岛地铁延安路车站为例,采用理论计算与现场试验相结合的方法,对支撑爆破拆除的单孔装药量、最大单段起爆药量、炮孔距钢架的距离、炮孔间排距等参数进行设计,通过各项数据监测,验证爆破拆撑的可行性。结果表明:在单孔装药量0.15kg的情况下,炮孔距工字钢100~150mm时,取得的爆破效果最好。爆破拆撑能够提高施工速度,满足工程要求。
With the Yan'an Road Station of the Qingdao Metro as a practical example, to maximize the speed of removing supports, and meanwhile to minimize the damage to the steel frames to ensure the stability of the initial support, the parameters such as the charge quantity for a single hole in blasting-demolishing supports, the maximum detonating charge for a single section, the distance between the holes and the steel frame, the hole-row-spacing distance,etc, are designed in the paper,with the feasibility of blasting-demolishing the supports tested by monitoring the various corresponding data. The results of the tests show that,when the charge quantity for a single hole is 0.15 kg,and the distance between the holes and the I-steels ranges from 100-150 mm,the blasting effect obtained is the best. It is proved that the method of blasting-demolishing supports can speed up construction and meet engineering requirements.
