摘要
目的研究在糖尿病性视网膜病变中实施优质护理的临床效果。方法依据患者入院时间将该院自2013年2月—2016年2月期间收治的20例糖尿病性视网膜病变患者随机分为参照组(n=10)与实验组(n=10),将采取该院常规护理的患者作为参照组,将采取该院优质护理的的患者作为实验组,对两组患者满意度、复发率、并发症发生率、住院费用以及住院时间等指标进行分析。结果实验组患者满意度、复发率、并发症发生率、住院费用以及住院时间等指标与参照组进行对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优质护理应用在护理糖尿病性视网膜病变患者中效果显著,值得广泛应用。
Objective To research the clinical effect of excellent nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with retina lesion of diabetes.Methods 20 cases of patients with retina lesion of diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 10 cases in each,the control group adopted the routine nursing,while the experimental group adopted the excellent nursing,and the satisfactory degree,recurrence rate,incidence rate of complications,hospitalization cost and length of stay of the two groups were analyzed.Results The differences in the excellent nursing,and the satisfactory degree,recurrence rate,incidence rate of complications,hospitalization cost and length of stay between the two groups were obvious with statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion The application effect of excellent nursing in the postoperative nursing of patients with retina lesion of diabetes is obvious,which is worth wide application.
