摘要
研究采用排放因子法,确立了沥青混凝土道路面层施工过程中VOCs排放量估算方法。道路面层施工过程中VOCs主要产生于4个阶段的施工机械排放和混合料自身排放,即拌合过程、运输过程、摊铺过程以及碾压过程。研究结果表明:一条长1,km,宽16,m,面层总厚度为15,cm的沥青混凝土面层施工过程中,产生的VOCs排放量为9,974,kg,施工各阶段机械设备VOCs排放量:运输过程>碾压过程>摊铺过程>拌合过程,沥青混合料的VOCs排放量高达机械设备的110倍。
In this paper,the calculation method of VOCs emission in the course of construction of asphalt concrete pave-ment was established by use of emission factor method. VOCs emissions during road surface layer construction are mainly generated from construction machinery emission and mixture self-emission at four stages:mixing process,transportation process,paving and rolling process. In the course of the construction of asphalt concrete surface layer,with the length of1,km,width of 16,m,and the total thickness of the surface layer of 15,cm,the VOCs emission was calculated as 9 974,kg. The order of VOCs emissions from machinery and equipment at various stages of construction is transportation process〉rolling process〉paving process〉mixing process,meanwhile,VOCsemissions of asphalt mixture up to 110 times of mechanical equipment.
