摘要
近年来,国家提出了卓越医师培养计划,为医学院校创新人才培养模式指明了方向。该研究结合卓越医师应具备的素质和能力要求,提出加强以能力培养为核心的教学措施,为医学教学改革提供参考。
In recent years,excellent physician training program has been launched for establishing innovative talents training model in medical colleges of China.In this paper,on the basis of the necessary qualities and abilities of excellent physicians,a number of targeted capacity-building measures were put forward to provide reference for the reform of medical teaching.
