摘要
以大采高煤壁片帮柔性支护为研究对象,通过FLAC^(3D)数值模拟工具分析在柔性加固技术中棕绳、注浆、挡煤板各因素与围岩的相互耦合作用。研究表明:棕绳和注浆改变了煤壁受力状态,减缓了煤壁处的应力集中;护帮机构则对遏制煤壁片帮垮落起到最直接的作用;并通过对各因素进行分析比较,最终找到了各因素最优经济安全值。
The text will regard flexible support of rib fall in lagre mining height as study object,bying the FLAC3D numerical simulation tools to analyse coir rope, slip lasting and spillplate with surrounding rock interaction in the flexible support technology. It's reserach that the use of coir ropein and slip lasting changed the stress state and slow down the stress concentration of coal wall;the spillplate have crutical influence for limit the collapse of coal wall. At the moment,throughing the anysis for every factor,finally have fond the optimal safe economic value of every factor.
