消瘦2型糖尿病行胰岛素治疗对TG、HDL、BMI、及INS、C肽的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨消瘦2型糖尿病患者早期使用胰岛素治疗对除血糖之外TG、HDL、BMI以及早餐后半小时INS、C肽的影响。方法以2015年10月—2016年10月70例消瘦2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,予以患者胰岛素治疗,对比治疗前后的TG水平、HDL水平、BMI水平、早餐后半小时INS水平以及早餐后半小时C肽水平。结果消瘦2型糖尿病患者治疗后HDL水平无显著变化(P>0.05),TG水平、BMI水平、早餐后半小时INS水平以及早餐后半小时C肽水平与治疗前相比波动较大(P<0.05)。结论早期使用胰岛素治疗消瘦2型糖尿病在改善血脂指标、体质量、胰岛素分泌量等方面的效果较好。 Objective To investigate the effects of early use of insulin on TG, HDL, BMI and INS and C-peptide in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods From October 2015 to October 2016, 70 cases of weight loss in patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object, to patients with insulin treatment, compared before and after treatment of TG hours and HDL levels, BMI level, INS level and the second breakfast breakfast half an hour C peptide level. Results No significant changes in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes after thin HDL levels (P〉0.05), TG level, BMI level, INS level and breakfast breakfast half an hour after'half an hour of C peptide level fluctuations compared with those before treatment (19〈0.05). Conclusion Early use of insulin in the treatment of weight loss type 2 diabetes mellitus has a better effect on improving blood lipid indexes, body weight and insulin secretion.
