1-羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲/氧化石墨烯纳米材料制备及其抗菌性能 被引量:4

Preparation and antibacterial activity of 1-hydroxy methyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin/graphene oxide nanocomposites

摘要 通过接枝改性氧化石墨烯(GO)制备了1-羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲/氧化石墨烯(1-MDMH/GO)纳米材料。利用FTIR、XRD、XPS、SEM和AFM等方法对1-MDMH/GO纳米材料的结构和性能进行了表征。分别用金黄色葡萄球菌(S.cereus)和大肠杆菌(E.coli)为模拟体系对纳米复合物的抗菌性进行检验,通过抑菌环和平板计数法测定复合物的抗菌性能。结果显示:1-羟甲基-5,5-二甲基乙内酰脲(1-MDMH)成功地接枝到GO上,并且得到的GO和1-MDMH/GO皆为片状结构组成的二维单层纳米材料,具有大的比表面积,其中1-MDMH/GO复合物的层间距较GO增大0.124nm。细菌与复合物接触24h后,1-MDMH/GO对S.cereus的抗菌率为97.9%,对E.coli的抗菌率为92.4%。较之GO,相同条件下其对上述两种细菌有更好的抑制能力,抗菌率分别提高了25.0%和33.3%。 By grafting modification of graphene oxide on the reaction,we prepared 1-hydroxy methyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin/graphene oxide( 1-MDMH/GO) nanomaterial. The structure and properties of 1-MDMH/GO was analyzed with Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer,X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope. The antibacterial property of compound was separately tested using Staphylococcus aureus(S. cereus)and Escherichia coli(E. coli)as model system and analyzed by using bacteriostatic ring and plate count methods. The results showed that,1-hydroxy methyl-5,5-dimethylhydantoin was successfully grafted onto the graphene oxide(GO)and 1-MDMH/GO and GO were of single-layer nanosheet structure with large specific surface. The layer spacing of the composite was increased by 0.124 nm compared with GO. After being contacted with the two bacteria for 24 h,the bacteriostatic rate of the 1-MDMH/GO reached 97.9% for S. cereus and 92.4% for E. coli,which had enhanced by 25.0% and 33.3% respectively,compared with GO under the same condition.
