摘要
利用OM、显微维氏硬度仪研究Zn含量以及不同热处理工艺对Al-Mn合金组织与性能的影响。结果表明;合金的晶粒尺寸与晶界析出相随着Al-Mn合金中Zn含量的增加而改变,当合金中的Zn含量为3%时,Al-Mn合金的晶粒尺寸较小且合金力学性能较佳,进一步提高合金中Zn含量,合金的晶界析出相粗化且力学性能降低。通过热处理合金的力学性能显著改善,Zn含量为3%的Al-Mn合金最佳热处理工艺为520℃×1.5 h+270℃×120min。
The effects of Zn content and heat treatment process on Microstructure and properties of Al - Mn alloy were studied by OM and micro vickers hardness tester. The results show that the grain size of the alloy and the grain boundary precipitation phase are changed with the increase of Zn content in Al - Mn alloy. The grain size of the alloy is smaller and the mechanical properties of the alloy is better when the Zn content in the Al - Mn alloy is 3%. The mechanical properties reducing and grain boundary precipitation phase coarsening of the alloy with the Zn content further improve in the alloy. The mechanical properties of the alloy were significantly improved by heat treatment. The optimum heat treatment process of Al - Mn alloy with 3 % Zn was 520 ℃×1. 5 h + 270℃×120min.
