摘要
该文从解决农业生产实际出发,结合商丘地区保护地马铃薯多年来的科学试验和种植经验,从病理和生理两个方面深入分析其退化原因,从脱毒种薯繁育、消灭病毒源、防止生理型退化和单株系选等4个方面详细阐述防止马铃薯退化的具体措施,以期更好地服务于农业生产和马铃薯科学研究。
In order to solve the agricultural production practice, combined with the Shangqiu area protected potato for many years of scientific research and the growing experience, in-depth analysis of the reasons of degradation from the two aspects of physiology and pathology, from virus-free potato breeding, the eradication of the virus source, prevent physiological degradation and plant selection on 4 aspects of specific measures to prevent the degradation of potato, in order to better serve the agricultural production and scientific research of potato.
