摘要
针对公立医院改革进程中的深层次困惑,对公立医院改革的不同观点进行剖析,认为速胜论、伪命题论、超前论、无底洞论未抓住公立医院改革的实质,有碍公立医院改革的推进。对此,提出有针对性的破解建议。
In view of deep confusion in the process of the public hospital reform, the different viewpoints on the public hospital reform have been analyzed. This paper showed that four theories including Theory of rapid defeating,Theory of Pseudo proposition, Theory of advance and Theory of bottomless pit didn＇t grasp the essence of public hospital reform, which prevented the promotion of public hospital reform. In this regard, some suggestions have been put forward in this paper.
