摘要
目的探讨二甲双胍、胰岛素治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果及对新生儿的影响。方法将2014年9月-2015年2月期间我院收治的90例妊娠期糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组45例。其中研究组患者给予二甲双胍联合胰岛素治疗,对照组患者仅提供胰岛素皮下注射。比较两组妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗前后空腹血糖变化情况、新生儿不良反应发生率。结果经不同用药后,研究组患者的空腹血糖改善效果更优(P<0.05),研究组巨大儿发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论应用二甲双胍、胰岛素联合治疗妊娠期糖尿病可获得更为理想的临床疗效,有效提高母儿安全性。
Objective To study the effects of metformin and insulin on gestational diabetes mellitus and their effects on the newborn. Methods From September 2014 to February 2015, 90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 45 cases in each group. The patients in the study group were treated with metformin combined with insulin, while the con- trol group only received insulin subcutaneous injection. The changes of fasting blood glucose and the incidence of neonatal adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After different treatment, patients in the study group had better effect of fasting blood glucose （P〈0.05）, and the in- cidence of was significantly lower in the study group than in the control group （P〈0.05）, all with statistically significant. Conclusion The application of metformin and insulin in the treatment of gestational dia- betes mellitus can obtain better clinical efficacy, and can effectively improve the safety of mother and infant.
