支撑喉镜下CO_2激光辅助喉膜置入术治疗喉蹼的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨支撑喉镜下CO_2激光辅助喉膜置入术治疗喉蹼的疗效。方法对36例各类喉蹼患者,在视频支撑喉镜下,应用CO_2激光切开喉蹼,并用硅胶喉膜置入治疗,观察术后喉部病变恢复情况。结果视频支撑喉镜下,应用CO_2激光切开喉蹼,并用硅胶喉膜置入治疗喉蹼,患者均获得满意的效果,患者发音均明显改善,无呼吸困难,复查喉镜示双侧声带形态基本正常,未见肉芽、瘢痕形成,无并发症发生。结论视频支撑喉镜下CO_2激光辅助切除喉蹼,并硅胶喉膜置入治疗各种喉蹼,具有视野清晰、操作简便、微创安全、术后恢复良好等优点,无明显手术并发症,是一种安全简便有效的喉蹼治疗方法,值得临床应用推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of CO2 laser-assisted laryngoscopic laryngeal membrane placement for the treatment of laryngeal web. Methods 36 patients with laryngeal web were included in this study. Under video self- retaining laryngoscope, CO2 laser was applied to remove the web, and then silicone laryngeal membrane was placed. All the patients were followed up to observe their postoperative recovery. Results CO= laser removal of laryngeal web and silicone laryngeal membrane placement was finished successfully under video self-retaining laryngoscope in all the patients. They were satisfied with their outcomes. Their pronunciation got improved significantly without dyspnea. Postoperative laryngoscopic examination showed nearly normal morphology of bilateral vocal cords with neither granulation nor scar formation. Complications occurred in none. Conclusion With advantages of clear field, convenient operation, minimal invasiveness, good safety and recovery, CO2 laser-assisted laryngeal membrane placementunder video self-retaining laryngoscopeis effective for the treatment laryngeal web. It is worthy of clinical application.
