摘要
以西藏尼洋河多布水电站移民安置为例,从政策、民族、宗教、历史发展、基础设施、产业发展等方面总结了多布电站水库移民的特点,对区域内环境容量进行分析,选择合适的移民安置方式,对可能产生的社会风险进行化解,并对移民安置的效果进行评价。
With the practice of population resettlement of Duobu Hydropower Station, characteristics of the population resettlement of the sta- tion are summarized in terms of policy, nationality, religion, historical development, infrastructure and industrial development, etc. The en- vironmental capacity in the region is analyzed, the proper population resettlement type is finalized, the potential social risks are mitigated and the population resettlement effect is assessed.
