摘要
在现阶段我国中医内科的教学过程中,推衍教学法是一项十分重要的教学方式。其主要是以任课教师的课程规律性为其发展和教学根据,通过采用多种多样的教学方式让学生对已学到的知识进行深入的研究和思考,通过推衍的方式最终获得更多的知识。该文探讨推衍教学法在中医内科学教学中的应用,主要是针对内科疾病,利用已学知识点对其病因病机、含义等进行更为深入的研究,更为系统性地对内科疾病进行推衍和分析。实践表明这种方式不仅符合现代中医的特征,同时还能帮助学生有效的对新知识进行吸收,加强其对病症的了解,强化选择药物的能力,教学效果得到了提升。
In the process of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine teaching in our country at present stage, extrapolated method of teaching is an imporlant way of teaching.The main courses for its regularity is teacher development and teaching according to,through the adoption of a variety of teaching methods to let the students have learned in the in-depth research and thinking, and finally gain more knowledge by means of extrapolated.Using extrapolated method in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine teaching is mainly for internal diseases, etiology and pathogenesis, to its deeper meanings,such as in the process of working on research, with the help of extrapolated method of teaching is more systematic,extrapolated and analysis on the medical disease. This way not only meet the characteristics of modern Chinese medicine, at the same time also can help students effectively to absorb new knowledge, strengthen their understanding of the disease, strengthen the ability to select drugs, eventually to promote and improve the teaching effect.
