摘要
历史生态变迁及近代化进程使得云南的良好生态环境逐渐被破坏,加之全球化时期旅游资源及交通开发、水域生态破坏、经济作物引种、物种入侵等使得云南现当代环境危机日益凸显,生态文明基础丧失,这些构成了云南省生态文明排头兵建设的历史动因。自然环境及气候良好,民族传统生态文化丰富,是云南生态文明排头兵建设的现实基础。吸取历史经验及教训,才利于推进美丽中国建设和生态文明建设的进程。
The ecological environment of Yunnanhas been destroyedto some extent, owing to the historical trans-formation of ecology and modernization. The over -development of tourism resources and transportations, ecologicaldestruction of water resources, introduction of economic crops, and species invasionin the course of the globalizationhave caused great harm to the temporary ecological environment of Yunnan Province, weakening the ecological civili-zation foundation. All these combined have historicallymotivated Yunnan to take a pioneering role in re -constructingits ecological environment. With its agreeablenatural environment and climate and the rich traditional ecological cul-ture of ethnic minorities, Yunnan has the realistic foundations to take the role as a vanguard for ecological civiliza-tionconstruction. Historical lessons and experienceswill guide the formulation and implementation of practical policy,thus contributing to the mission of building beautiful China and its overall ecological civilization.
