摘要
某冶金企业的精轧机和初轧机的数据采集系统采用IBA数据采集系统所生成的实时数据由于数据容量大,存储时间跨度小,难以满足轧机状态趋势分析需求。且由于其数据的高度封装性,对特定通道数据的综合分析和第三方操作十分困难。该系统通过调用ibaFiles.dll动态链接库,可实时导出指定通道的大容量数据采集文件,并通过设置与轧机状态相关的数据通道,可将日均20 GB左右的大容量数据精简到1 MB左右的空间进行存储,并可实时显示指定通道的数据趋势图。该系统不仅节省了电脑的大量存储空间,还延长了数据存储的时间跨度,同时也方便对采集数据进行深入分析和第三方操作。
Some metallurgy enterprise finishing mill and blooming mill data acquisition system adopted the IBA data acquisition system. Because of the large data capacity storage, small time span, it was difficult to meet the demand of mill state trend analysis. And because of its high data encapsulation, it was difficult to comprehensively analyze specific Channel data and the third party operation was very difficult. With the ibaFiles.dll, this data export system can export big data files of certain channels in IBA data acquisition system. Through the channel configuration of data associated to rolling mills status, this system can store the data files by 1 MB size from 20 GB per day and display the trend of data. This system not only saves a large amount of storage space, but also extends the time span of data storage. Also it is convenient to analyze the collected data and the third party operation.
