73例乳腺黏液腺癌的临床特征及预后分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨乳腺黏液腺癌(MBC)的临床特征及预后因素。方法回顾性分析73例MBC患者的临床资料、治疗、病理学特征。利用GraphPadPrism5.0软件统计分析单纯型乳腺黏液腺癌(PMBC)和混合型乳腺黏液腺癌(MMBC)特征差异。结果与PMBC相比,MMBC的腋窝淋巴结转移率更高(P〈0.01),但两者的月经状态、肿瘤大小和四种分子分型之间差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。在肿瘤临床分期(I+Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期)比较时,PMBC与MMBC差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论MBC的激素受体阳性率高,腋窝淋巴结转移少见,肿瘤复发率低,PMBC较MMBC预后更好。且腋窝淋巴结状况是MBC预后最为重要的因素。
