摘要
中医治疗前列腺增生具有一定优势。中医内治法灵活多样,简便易行,疗效确定,被广泛应用于临床治疗,有针对性地使用中药专方治疗本病,可取得较好的治疗效果。中成药使用便捷,费用不昂贵,更易于为患者接受,能够提高患者治疗依从性,增强治疗效果。中医外治法目前多以针法、灸法为主,能够有效缓解前列腺增生的不适症状。中西医结合治疗既反映了科学进步,又融合了东西方的文化、思想,治疗本病有一定的优势,但目前并未充分发挥二者的优势,尚须广大医务人员继续努力。本病的中医辨证,要抓住肾虚之本、湿热之标、瘀滞之变这三个病理环节,分清主次,权衡用药。中医或中西医结合治疗值得进一步研究探索,具有十分广阔的开发前景。
Chines medicine treatment of hyperplasia of prostate has certain advantages. TCM Internal Treatment Methods with flexible, simple, curative effect, is widely used in clinical treatment. It can get better treatment effect to targetedly use the traditional Chinese medicine prescription fot the treatment of this disease. It ＇s ease to use, cheap and easier for patients to accept for proprietary Chinese medicine to improve the patients compliance, enhance the efficacy of treatment. External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is the most widely used is given priority to with acupuncture, moxibustion, which can effectively alleviate the uncomfortable symptom of prostate hyperplasia. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment both reflects the advancement of science, and is a blend of eastern and western culture and thought. Treatment of the disease has certain advantages, but it dose not give full play to the advantages of the them at present, and it＇s need for the general medical staff to continue to work hard. It＇s importent for distinguishing primary and secondary, weighing the use of drugs to seize the three pathological links of kidney empty, damp and hot, stasis with the TCM syndrome differentiation of the disease. Traditional Chinese medicine or traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment deserves further research and exploration,has the very broad development prospects.
