摘要
本文首先论述影响柴油机缸盖气道性能的影响因素,并对主要影响因素进行试验对比验证,根据试验数据总结出评价气道性能的方法。为了保证量产缸盖产品的一致性,提出建立标准缸盖的概念,并根据发动机台架性能试验和排放标定,对涡流比在2.0~3.0之间的气道形成一个量化的标准,对类似发动机气道的开发具有一定的参考价值。
Firstly, this paper discusses which factor influences cylinder head ports, and vali- dates the main influencing factor on tests. According to the test data, the evaluation methods of the ports were summarized. In order to ensure the consistency of the products within the cylinder head, the concept of establishing standard cylinder head was proposed. According to the engine test bench performance tests and calibration, a quantitative standard was proposed for engines with cylinder head port swirl ratio between 2.0 and 3.0. This provides reference for the development of cylinder head port.
