摘要
目的:观察抑乳颗粒联合甲磺酸溴隐亭片治疗特发性高泌乳素血症不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将特发性高泌乳素血症不孕症患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组采用甲磺酸溴隐亭片进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予抑乳颗粒治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为95.56%;对照组为68.89%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组患者治疗后血清PRL、FSH指标均较治疗前有明显改善,但观察组血清PRL改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:抑乳颗粒联合甲磺酸溴隐亭片能提高特发性高泌乳素血症不孕症患者受孕的概率。
Objective：To observe therapeutic effects of YiRu granules jointed with bromocriptine methanesul-fonate tablets in the treatment for idiopathic hyperprolactinemia infertility. Methods：All 90 patients were random-ized into the observation group and the control group, 45 cases each group. The control group were treated with bromocriptine methanesulfonate tablets, and the observation group were given with YiRu granules on the foundation of the therapy the control group accepted, therapeutic effects of both groups were compared. Results：Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%, higher than 68.89%of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning （P〈0.01）;the indexes such as serum PRL and FSH improved in both groups after treating compared with before treating, but the improvements of serum PRL in the observation group were superior to these of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：YiRu granules jointed with bromocriptine methanesulfonate tablets could raise the pregnancy rate of the patients.
